The first version of Admicom Quantima Standard contains all the necessary tools for quantity take-off. We are continuously adding new features that will ascend the speed and accuracy of estimation to new heights.

Among the most-awaited features is the use of artificial intelligence, that will automate 2D quantity take-off. It will be released for Admicom Quantima in the coming months.

Quick and accurate quantity take-off from 2D plans and 3D models

Quantity take-off is the foundation of a successful construction project. Quantity information is utilised in all phases of the project, be it cost estimation, scheduling, procurement or budget control.

Admicom Quantima Standard provided tools for 2D Quantity take-off to make it quick and accurate. Admicom Quantima Pro will additionally implement artificial intelligence and automated quantity take-off. It will be on the market during the first half of 2025.

During the autumn of 2025 Admicom Quantima Premium will provide the tools for model based quantity take-off, further strengthening the toolkit for estimators and quantity surveyors alike!

Supports a wide range of file formats

Admicom Quantima will support 70 different formats such as PDF, IFC, RVT and others. At the moment, Admicom Quantima Standard supports PDF.

Suitable for many types of quantity take-off

Our solution is a good fit for a variety of industries. Construction, building service systems and many other fields where quantity take-off is necessary can benefit. Admicom Quantima can be used as a stand-alone solution and no connection to our other construction software is required. 

Variety of integrations

You can easily export quantities via file transfer but also via APIs in the very near future. APIs to Admicom Estima, Ultima, Tempo and other Admicom solutions are on the way.
